Delivery Costs
We offer free delivery on all UK orders. However, we know sometimes you just can't wait, that's why we also offer the option to upgrade to a guaranteed next day delivery service (when ordered before 1pm).

DPD/Royal Mail 48 hour tracked & signed delivery service. 
Next Day Delivery (£4.99)
DPD/Royal Mail 24 hour tracked & signed delivery service.

Dispatch Times
All products shown on our website as 'in stock' are available for purchase and will be dispatch the same day if  you order before 1pm (Monday - Friday, excluding bank holidays). Orders received after 1pm may still be dispatched on the same day. However, we aren't able to offer any guarantee, although we will do our best.

Who Do We Use To Deliver?
We use DPD, Parcelforce and Royal Mail as our courier partners. We opted to work with these companies as they offer the most reliable service for our customers. We take pride in our customer service and we only work with companies who share the same values. 

We will email confirmation of your order once received. If your order is being delivered by DPD or Parcelforce you will receive further delivery updates via email or text message (if you have provided the necessary information). To ensure your order arrives safely with you and in good condition all orders will require a signature on delivery. If you're not available to receive your delivery your the courier may leave your parcel with a neighbour or attempt to redeliver at a different time which works for you.  

Returns
If you need to return goods, we're happy to refund or exchange them provided they are unused/unopened and in a fully resellable condition within 14 days of purchase.
If the product returned is not in a fully resellable condition or if the packaging is damaged or opened, we reserve the right to refuse the refund. Any free gifts received with your order must be returned, if an order is cancelled. This does not affect your statutory rights.

If you need to cancel or return any products we ask that you contact us as soon as possible so we can help you get things resolved as smoothly as possible.
